As somebody who supported Kev and Rob from the stands whilst they brought trophies to Leeds Rhinos, every time I see or read about what Kev (& others) have done for his mate it brings a tear to my eye. But even more so, the attitude of Rob and his family to fight this disease and not let it define his last time with his young children. As Rob so elegantly put it "Everybody needs a friend like Kev" |

Nice to see rugby league fans from other clubs getting up in the early hours to support him too. I saw that a cafe in Wakefield had opened before 4:30am to do hot drinks for well wishers.
