Haven't seen the series and we don't have Amazon Prime but maybe BaronBR who has read all the books will subscribe to watch. Until a few weeks ago I hadn't read any Reacher - I was working my way through PD James. We decided to swap and read one from the other person's author of choice so I have now read one Lee Child - I possibly would read more but I'll carry on working through PD James first I think. BaronBR is also not convinced by the brother now writing the Reachers.

No, I only read the first of the new books by Lee Child's brother and stopped there. Thought it was terrible!

Big fan of the books here. Agree that Andrew Child has spoiled the series. His underlying story is OK but the writing style is terrible. Need to give the series a watch now. |

Haven't read Killing Floor since (according to GoodReads) 2015. Don't remember Roscoe as quite as splendid as she is in the telly show. I have serious tee shirt envy too. spotern.com |

Just watched episode 1 last night as we had to finish something else on Netflix first. So much better than the short @rse that is Cruise.

It seems if you didn't read the books the Cruise movies are more than acceptable. My other half read the books I didn't ergo I enjoyed the movies more than her. That said the TV SERIES was rather good. |

Enjoyed the series! Binged it over the last 4 days. I had read the book ages ago but couldn’t remember how it ended so it was exciting to the end. Casting was very good, just a pity that Roscoe isn’t in any of the other books. |

I binge watched the TV series without any prior knowledge (you couldn't pay me to watch anything with Cruise in it) I've dropped hints about the novels for my birthday
