IS tuna baked a white sauce with pasta acceptable or not?

Mushrooms would be nicer. It's not actually poisonous though so with enough seasoning I'd eat it.

What I do is cook the pasta and some peas. Stir both up together with tinned tuna - yellow fin obviously- mayonnaise and some freshly chopped chilli.

Not sure about the white sauce, but tuna and pasta is amazing. Cheese with fish is amazing.

White fish goes beautifully with cheese, and smoked oily fish and cream cheese is fine though I prefer something a bit sharper with oily fish. And I can see how tuna in cheese sauce *would* work, I just don't like warm tuna.
