Is there an online shop that doesn't charge delivery?

Decision tree is:

if cost online + postage < cost in shop + cost to get to shop (petrol/bus etc)

then buy online

if cost online + postage > cost in shop + cost to get to shop (petrol/bus etc)

then buy from shop

very simple

I also add in a fiddle factor based on predicted delivery time/aggravation.

If it's for a high-viz top, then the workies across the road here left theirs hanging over the road cones last night (I noticed this on pre-gym run). Just nick one of those?

And you also get them free if you join our running club (£20 a year, v. good value, though it might cost you £200 on the train to get here).

Finally, volunteering at many events, you get a high viz jacket or vest. Do a good deed and get one for free?

These weren't the answers you were looking for, I'll warrant. :-)G

Got something to say?
