Wouldn't worry about it Lills. That will be a nice warm up for you. You can do a reverse duathlon as I like to call them - bike run bike instead of run bike run |

Looks like there could be some more parkruns coming to Suffolk This article talks about having one in every council district. Not sure what suitable parks there are in Mid Suffolk and Suffolk Coastal areas but it sounds good news for a few more local ones anyway eadt.co.uk |

I thought you would most likely already be on the case Rory.... will look forward to seeing the new ones start up... must try to get to Christchurch Park soon too- if I can get myself out of the house ten minutes earlier on a Saturday!
