I haven't run since the beginning of December due to an ongoing back problem, that was also giving me sciatica. After many physio sessions and an MRI scan there is light at the end of the tunnel, and I should be able to try a run in the next couple of weeks.

The physio mentioned that I may benefit from the use of an inversion table. I was wondering if any fetchies have used one, and if so did they find it beneficial ?

Update. I bought and regularly use an inversion table. Definitely find it beneficial. Back to running again now after nearly 12 months. Never want herniated discs again!!
