That was one hell of a finish for the series! Really enjoying the podcasts, too...will miss both. At least there is a 7th series on the distant horizon...

That was a very dark last episode.

And filmed with a 10-month gap in the middle, who knew? Now I've listened to all this series of podcasts, I might catch up on some of the episodes they've covered from previous series, their insight on the creation process is really good.

Yes, last night's episode turned from comedy to complete horror on a sixpence. And I will be looking for "join" in filming when I rewatch it!

The podcasts have been fantastic, I was really surprised with the writing process on some. I always assumed they started with the ending and worked backwards, but with some episodes like Lip Service, they just seemed to let the story develop and twist as it went along from a set start point.

Also, although not strictly Inside No 9 related, I hear Reece and Steve's fellow League of Gentlemen collaborator Mark Gatiss is covering The Mezzotint as this year's M.R. James Christmas ghost story...one of my favourites!
