I've been having inner knee pain for around 8 weeks. Im pretty sure it pes anserine bursitis judging by the site if discomfort and associated symptoms but im also having some pain and tightness quite deep at the back of the knee on the inner side. Ive reduced mileage, running every other day, increased stretching and cross training, ice regulary and KT taped but it wont go away. Its not stopping me running but its not getting any better? Anybody experienced this before and if so any tips or is it a case of complete rest and a trip to a specialist?

Got something to say?
