Just wondering if anyone has any idea how long a medial collateral ligament injury will take to clear up ,I was managing to run thru it but got pretty sore so have stopped running .I've had it since about April time and ran off and on until about 2 weeks ago Has anybody suffered the same and what's the sort off recovery time .I also see sports massage therapist every month Thanks for any help |
