It certainly won't be pointless if you haven't had one recently, if anything you'll feel the benefit come the weekend. I've had my Macmillan top since February now, as I've still got the one they gave me for London. It irritates me though so I've got to try and wear it over my usual raceing top.

MoscowFlyer Oct 2008 2:58pm, 27 Oct 2008 502 posts	MoscowFlyer I wasn't sure what to do, I would prefer to run without it but on the other hand, the whole reason I'm going is for Macmillan so I feel I really should wear it. I'll see how it feels over my usual top and then make a decision.
