Still do the massage MD, I'd say today is the final day where you should look at having one as you may get a few aches and pains from it. It certainly won't be pointless if you haven't had one recently, if anything you'll feel the benefit come the weekend.

I've had my Macmillan top since February now, as I've still got the one they gave me for London. It irritates me though so I've got to try and wear it over my usual raceing top.

Ummm. Mine hasn't arrived yet and I can't see them getting one out to me now. Looks like I'll be in my club top!

I wasn't sure what to do, I would prefer to run without it but on the other hand, the whole reason I'm going is for Macmillan so I feel I really should wear it. I'll see how it feels over my usual top and then make a decision.

I feel the same but the advantage of the Macmillan top is it makes you visible to supporters and other runners.

I'm not wearing my charity's top. It's really uncomfortable.

Contro - I'd love to join your group but I'm stuck back in Wave 3 (I'm hoping I can sneak into Wave one on the day, and if so, I;ll join you).

And does anyone know if they peel off after? I don't want to ruin my race top if I decide to go with that one!
