Yep, me too, so excited in fact that I forgot to transfer the money required for our remortgage this morning!! So for the first time in weeks I've had something else to occupy my mind today!
Watching the Dublin race unfold has really got me up for it though!

MF ... don't forget your brain!!!
Ok so now i a serious offer! I would like to PB on sunday ... meaning to run around 2.55 or faster, however i think i have got a lot more chances to do it if someone paces me or runs with me? I have seen quite a few people of 2.50 standard planning to run in 2.55, any one willing to give me a 'hand' or we could even have a little group? How does that sound?
Mr Jigs I know I have offered to pace at sub 3, but after my PB on sunday and the fact that I was racing without painkiller for the first time in 6 weeks I am feeling strong .... hope you don't mind???

Sub 3 is only a pipe dream for me I'm afraid, even sub 3:15 may be a little bit beyond me.

I'm off for massage tonight.....
I wanted to do some gentle slow runs on the tread milll this week. Does that make the massage tonight pointless?
