Well don Contro, great boost going into next weekend.

I opted for 10 miles this morning, did two on the treadmill but that's as much as I could stomach, then I braved the elements for the other 8.

Three more gentle runs now during the week and that's my lot.

i emailed my friends who live outside the city to go into the city and support you all.

I've heard nothing back from them. I suppose they have lives next weekend. :(

But I do hope you all are going to rock on sunday!!!!!

I'm beginning to regret giving up that massage yesterday now, I'm absolutely shattered! The inside of my lower leg is pretty sore where there's some soft tissue built up, I always seem to suffer from that but at the momnt it's particularly sore. A very easy final week in store for me, a chance to catch up on some much needed sleep!
