I leave on Friday morning.

Maybe I'll do 8 on the treadmill as a compromise.

If it's miles for the sake of it at this stage I wouldn't do it, however maybe a 6 mile recovery run would be ok

BTW I did 12 yesterday, I really enjoyed my last med long run :)

6 miles at recovery pace tomorrow
7 miles with 2 at mara pace on tuesday and then that's it until Friday when we do a leg loosener :)

We are flying out at 09.20 on Wednesday, leaving here in the early hours of Wednesday , just got to get my new case and ask Jigs to put the Fetch sticker on that he has made for me :)
