this is a cut and paste from the US site's weather (NYM) thread: "This morning's model runs are in and it is steady as she goes. Long range models continue to indicate high pressure over the east coast next week. Highs around 60. Early morning temps in the lower 40s. Light winds and plenty of sunshine." Sounds like perfect running conditions. C75 |

Decided at the last minute to do the 5k TT today, glad I did as I PB'd at 18:33, was a bit disappointed though as I wanted to get below the 18:30 mark. Did a couple of miles on top to warm down, after tomorrow it will be three easy runs heading into next weekend.
