Lost opportunity, Moscow. Sorry about that. Contro, you're right...you've overworked those legs. I feel very good, thanks. Did my speed work at the track last night and got my mile time down to 5:40. |

MF - Last count was 91 macmillan runners not sure how many are many will make the pasta party. I'd said yes to going before I realised there was going to be fetch gathering and soooo many other options for me. |

MD Are MacMillan taking you to the Tavern on the Green pasta party? If so. Good luck.....! Be prepared to stand for ages for unexciting pasta. Just passing on what I've heard from people who've been there before. MENCAP advised us to find our own restaurants as they'd had a lot of complaints from people who'd gone, ended up knackered waiting and p*ssed off at the standard of grub. |

Yeah, 91 according to the latest newsletter, over 65 are going to the pasta party. I probably would have gone if I hadn't already agreed to the Fetch soiree. How's your fundraising going, have you hit your target? |

Cavehill - They're doing it in Connolly's, which is an Irish bar. I assume they've hired the place out just for us Macmillan lot, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Umm. That fills me with confidence..... Hopefully Connolly's will be better? I didn't have a fundraising target to reach as I had a secured place. I'm running for Macmillan as it's work corporate sponsor, that way they double everything I make. |

No pressure your end then, I got my place as I had to pull out of London through injury, they told me I could transfer my money over to NY, so I jumped at the chance.
