Ok, so I suppose it depends when you go over there, but as I only get there friday afternoon I'll be sticking to UK time, so I won't have any problems.

Contro - there's a "who's drinking after the race" discussion going on over in RW ("New York 2008"). Pop in there and say hello.

There will be plenty of company.
There are about 500 irish loopers staying in our hotel so no guesses what we'll all be up to after the race...

Contro, I'll be a lone ranger for this one as well, was wondering if anyone will be heading anywhere on the Saturday night to get something decent to eat, I've decided to give the pasta parties a miss having heard some not so great stories about the waiting times.

I'm also giving this a miss I think. I've been recommended some good places by a friend who lives in Manhattan (good food, reasonable price, away from the crowds but convenient location).
Happy to meet up with people for some carbo loading and chat on the sat nite.
Contro, MF?
