wave 3 for a snail like me (think I put 4.20 as predicted finishing time - sounds about right). The rest of you will be in the bars well before I finish! Have just been looking at the marathon website to work out what happens at the start. Am really just putting off my lesson planning for the week- should have started it an hour ago but got sidetracked...

Final 20 coming up on Saturday, then the taper. I'm feeling really good at the moment, this race can't come quick enough for me now.

I've got a final 20 this weekend too...

This will be my first Mara and really looking forward to it.
I missed out part of my training plan due to work commitments *making excuses already* but I've re-evaluated my expected time and at this rate I think I'm going to need a taxi from the finish to the airport.....

Hoping and praying for a 3:45ish..... I've even stuck it on the fridge door!
Going with Sports tours international and running for Macmillan.

Hope to meet some of you there.
