SLOW RAMBLER Jul 2008 5:09pm, 28 Jul 2008 295 posts	Quote Pin SLOW RAMBLER Cave, the EXPO is mammoth sized (don't forget to bring your passport to EXPO) the MOST important thing to do is get a seat on a bus.. if it's not included in your own itinarary... they usually leave NYC Library (opp Central Station - (not Maysfield KFC you'll understand that one!!)) from around 05.30 - thye do like to have people signed up for a particular pace group, but as you can't really miss them, don't panic if you don't sign up beforehand!!! It's an amazing experience, one that you'll never forget!! If I can help in any way let me know!

The down side was the hotel TV - 68 stations at NOT ONE thing on!!!

Everything good until I did my 50 mile race on august 10th, then I have struggled with a bad knee, I haven't been able to run more than 20km in a day in the last month. Now I also have bad hip and a cold The problem is that I am running berlin marathon end of septembre! So i think I will have to take berlin easily and try my best at new york!
