Glad the back is better, and I hope the work situation is a bit more stable for you for a while.

I hadn't even seen the Rowlympics Challenge, but I've checked it out now. I don't think I'll manage that in the days that are left.

It was a bit cooler today and I managed a really good session. 5 x 2km at tempo pace (a smidge better than 2:02s).

Thanks CW! Pleased your back is feeling better and it's good to see you back on the erg, good luck with the Rowlympics!

Thanks for the heads up on the YouTube series Nellers, I set up a 30 min steady row today and watched episode 1 πŸ‘ that's a strong tempo session, well done!

Good to see you back, CW. And I notice that Craggy is working his way up the Rowing League.

I did another stroke ladder this morning. 4 x 11 mins, taken from that Masters 40+ programme I circulated the other week. An enjoyable and rather sweaty session.

Unfortunately, my RowPro has crashed so I'll have to uninstall and reinstall it. Harrumph.

So I finally did a 5k row. Typically my PT had me do it after two weeks off training (holiday with too much food and alcohol) and one crossfit session back with very wobbly legs (spent 20 mins warming up and rolling to make my legs work πŸ™ˆ). Still I have a time now. No idea if it's a 'good' time or not but it was 24 mins 32 secs is what I got. I guess if anything it means there's room for improvement πŸ˜‚

Well done EB, and off a couple of weeks of "prep" like that I think 24:32 is pretty good!

And there's always room for improvement, no matter what you manage.

But once you got into your rhythm ..............

you REALLY wanted to stop! ;-)

It's a bit cooler this week so I was a bit more comfortable in the shed. Tempo/Level 3 session of 3 x 4km ticked off. Not much fun during but a good feeling when I could stop!

Hi. Just a quick question.

How is everyone getting their erg data onto fetch?

My stats come from Garmin but with rowing it doesn’t have the full details and distance.

I use A PM5, Erg Data and C2 log - C2 log updates strava with all the full workout details.

Thanks in advance.

Hi ES-335 - you can use this link fetcheveryone.com/concept2.php to link your C2 log and Fetch.

You might have to keep doing it (in my experience) but it does work. Not sure it brings across "rest" metres from interval sessions, so you may have to add those manually (if you're keen to make sure everything tallies).
