Racers have LITERALLY defacted themselves before in races either due to diareha or not wanting to lose the race

It is a LOT worse than just wetting yourself in a race

Becky, this is a really common problem even if youve not had kids and so many people just put up with it cos they are too embarrassed

Seems a little strange its just started happening, yes please go to the doc
