Nick Cook
I've got into a bit of an 'I don't really care any more' state.

I was 14st 3lb last July and set myself a target of 12st 7lb which I achieved after 2 months and in fact got down to 12st 2lb at one stage.

I'm now hovering around 12st 9lb which I'm reasonably happy with. So I'm not going to stress about it unless I start getting too close to 13st.

That's an impressive loss Nick Cook. You must have been really disciplined in that 2 months.

I'm feeling better and re-establishing the good routines and habits. No significant loss yet but it'll come with consistency over time.

Weighed in this morning, 12st 9.4lb
So, not much of a change but it's moving in the right direction.

I'm starting marathon training next week, I'm using the P&D 35-55 miles 18 week plan. It's going to be more than any marathon training I've done so far, so I really don't want to be in too much of a calorie deficit. I think I will just carry on logging and monitoring my weight. I expect some will come off slowly.

Well done Nick, that's a great weight loss.

Yes Rog it takes a while for the weight to start shifting, just keep it up.

Gobi sounds like a plateau, you will get through it.

That's good Hanneke, sounds like you are where you want to be?

I am Benny and have been for a couple of months now, which is great! Hovering around 65 like I always did.
But I stay on here as it is all too easy to let go!
Erratic eating has slipped back in so I am just controlling my food and water intake again and doing a weeklyweigh in for motivation.
I am still impressed with the eating window and how well that works for me. I.e. no food stuffs after 8 pm.

Benny - I don't need to. My target was 70 . 68 is what science says and is only happening if it happens as I'm not prepared to make any more sacrifices :-)

I’m maintaining, but not losing those last few pounds. Frustrating, but I know I need to try just a bit harder. I just like food too much!
