Nice work Nick - using 5:2 for the whole loss?

Mainly 5:2, but I think cutting out 2 or 3 trips per day to the crisp/chocolate machine at work gave the greatest loss!

Was back up to 14st 1lb at the weekend, so decided to go back on the 5:2. Fasting days were Monday and yesterday. Thursday will be my weigh-in day and I've lost 3lbs already! :-)

Last night I decide to switch to the 16:8 diet. Finished dinner at about 6:30 pm, so nothing to eat until 10:30 today. It was ok, and I had a banana and apple at 10:30. Just had lunch (some left over chilli) and going out for a meal tonight. Probably won't finish eating until at least 7:30, so breakfast will be 11:30 tomorrow.

Like last time, I think the biggest loss will be down to not snacking!

2 months later I've lost 1 stone - down to 13st 1lb. I set myself a target of 12st 12lb, but would like to get to 12st 7lb.

Go on holiday in a couple of weeks, so I expect progress will take a hit then!

Good results Nick. So, you were 12.13, then went up to 14.1, over eight months, and now you are 13.1 again. My question is - why did you gain the 16 lb back?
