Usually I have a set exercise schedule every week (4 runs, 2 swims, lots of cycling) but this week is loopy due to work commitments. Thursday morning, 6:30-8am: I could squeeze in a swim or run Running is fastest but swimming is my only upper body exercise. Doing both would take too long (probably). I can't make a decision!! Anyone up for silly replies to help me decide what to do? |

I think you probably do, DMZ ;-). I suppose I'll run tomorrow. Seems to require less organisation! |

Run, but choose your route so that there's a significant stretch of water to cross.

Run to the pool in your cossie, pausing only to pop your shoes off, dive in, swim; reverse procedure.
