I'd make it so that if you're advertising a gent's suit for sale, you use a photograph of a model wearing it who is wearing socks, and possibly a shirt. And that the legs of the suit break on the top of a shoe, and it looks, well, like a suit, rather than a suit jacket and some capri pants.

All speed cameras to be replaced with speed activated anti tank guns. Also ANPR cameras to pick out the BMW's and Audis and take them out anyway - even if they are obeying the speed limit (which lets face it is very very unlikely)
