Go to the Train page, and down near the bottom there is a "Export your log to Excel" button

If you go on the 'train' tab there's a little box that says "Export your log to Excel". Click on it and job done!

It has the dates in the first column. However, you may need to persuade Excel that these are in fact dates and not something else. If you select a cell in column A, it should say something like 29/08/2011. If you then right click on the cell and select "Format Cells" and scroll down to "Date", you get presented with a list of possible date formats - and if you pick the one that looks correct (14/03/2001 in my version), it should just work.
