Slow Farah.
I've always jogged, there's been lean times and there's been good times, but I'm afraid I've lost it, is it giving up or retiring, I don't know, but I've lost my mojo, my motivation, I've been on fetch since 2009, it's always helped, but no more. 🙁🙁🙁

Don't think of it as quitting rather as a hiatus. Running will always be a part of you and the mojo may return one day. Take care :-)

I agree with the D - cycling is a viable substitute and Fetchie cyclists are a vocal group.

Don't give up - but do take the pressure off. Try something different, like Fetchpoint: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/game-fetchpoint.php

What Fetch says.

Find anything that makes it different.

Run on a different surface, at a different time, with others or alone, use a watch or not, whatever it takes.
But a break is also fine.
Swim, cycle, pogo stick. Fetch will log it all and there will be others on here that indulge, no matter how odd or obscure :-)

I've had plantar fasciitis for what feels like a million years now and absolutely no mojo. So I try not to force myself to do anything but it is a good opportunity to do something different here and there, and last weekend I did archery. It was awesome :-)

Slow Farah.
Thanks everyone, I've bought a bike, since my post there's been two outings and one 2.5k jog, so maybe I'm not done. Thanks again
