I think you should immediately notify fetch@fetcheveryone.com.

Having had a read at the T&Cs , I think that any image posted legitimately here (ie not in breach of copyright, so one that you have posted yourself or one of yours that someone has posted with your permission) can be used for whatever purposes here or in RW magazine or website. Though if they are using it outside of that, it wouldn't be licensed for such purpose.

I'm worried about that clause about not posting anything vulgar, I hope they dont start enforcing that (*) (*)

good points.
The background is that they are using it outside of that legitiamte use.
Someone purchased an image for personal use only (i.e. use on the gallery here is ok), but natmag-rodale is now using it online to promote one of their articles/editorial content - which in my book is commercial use.
I'm thinking of just sending in an invoice, far simpler. It would have been free if they had asked first, but hey ho, there we go, money talks as they say, no point in messing about.
