We have the BRJ Frostbite to do first soozie. My shoes are not clean from the Bourne Frostbite yet, not worth the bother now.

Have never done a Park run, may well make my debut at your first event, will go on the site and get registered and also try and enlist a car ful of Werry Joggers to join me - any tips or advice please? Parking? Time to register etc? Ta muchly
