Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run was good, nice and slow, and I really enjoyed it, never once wanted to stop. Then did a nice bike ride this afternoon too. :)

With everything else going on, I almost forgot that I did run today.

The run was the same one I did for the last two Wednesdays and was relatively short at 4.4 miles. It's getting easier, so I must be making progress, but it wasn't enough to overshadow the not so good events of the day.

Bike ride for me, the only way I could have got wetter was to ride through a lake, it chucked it down - toorents of water down the side of the road. Nice warm bath after.

7.6 mile recovery run with Heidi. Nice and slow, enjoyed seeing little birds etc on the trail...
Hoping to get up early in morning for a faster run so off to bed soon :-)

Great run today - for once I managed to do a nice slow one. Although when I put it in the log it was nowhere near as slow as I thought.

Hopefully that means the marathon traiing is kicking in nicely...

Day off work tomorrow yippeee. I am going to do a long slow run if my bowels allow it. Not often I get chance to have the luxury of unlimited running time.
