Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Was very nice considering my stomachs a little upset from the weekends fun! Slowed the pace down to around 6:45 a mile. Gonna do a shorter one tomorrow all being well and go a little slower

A nice and relaxed 5 miler with Mini-Max on his bike. The sheer numbers of roads to cross in South London meant that it was a bit of a stop-start afair. Still it was nice to get back home to the wonderful smell of roasting chicken that we'd put on before we left.

A nice slow recovery run. Flipping heck it's FREEZING!! The wind is evil.

Dave A - just looked at your training. You run fast a lot! All of the time in fact. I wouldn't have the energy for that...

Am I the only one who wasn't cold on my run? Mini-Max did complain his legs were cold but I told him to cycle faster to warm the muscles up (he was wearing his cycling short.....er...nobody call childline please)
