Last night, away at 10. Tide way out, so blessed with wide expanses of smooth sand. From leisure centre, slight up hill trail to Serpentine. Back on beach to the old Coastguard Station, where I was 'buzzed' by 2 electric bikes :-o Not even a near miss, tbh! ;) Trail, beach past LC, then veered R at what for me seemed a decent lick before finding the prom & paths back to the start. 62 min.

6 miles steady then 3 miles of 200m efforts and recoveries and a short cool down jog. A bit warm towards the end. But that's "stuff that isn't just miles" ticked off for this week. (There may be 5k at my current 5k pace on Saturday.)

Just over 7 miles. Mile or so warm up to the golf course at Thorpe park. Started tempo run on the golf course road then picked up the coastal half marathon route till the prom at Cleethorpes. Had to come off the prom due to a continental market making it to busy to run. Finished the tempo run at Foss castle were the half finishes. Walked to the Indian to order tea then a easy run back to the van. Then it was in car to drive back to Indian to get tea
