You can no doubt picture it swittle. Haworth is great but it ainβt half hilly I can indeed, Derby Tup All the recces and races I've done allow me to select my 'highlights' - Hambledon Lane; the paths alongside the conduits; and the superb view over Hewenden Viaduct |

Highlights indeed. Stef, Tuss and I love the conduits On a recce with some KCAC members, I recall Charlie Marshall jumping into a section of conduit to wrangle a sheep over the side and set it on a safer path! |

Back on it last night. Threatening skies, but the rain held off. Slow start, got better and looking forward to the next one

10 miler today after a slow 10k yesterday and tough club session last night. Was meant to be a slow one, before tapering for a couple of days in preparation for a half I'm running on Sunday, but I thought I'd put into practice something I've been reading recently 'The lost art of running', which basically means running with your head up, looking at the horizon. I felt a bit uncomfortable doing it, but felt amazingly strong during the run, and went with it. Strong negative split, as I got used to it. I quite like it, and may continue with it. |

Good news, HunkyTeddy. An interesting approach, Minimag - hope it works during your HM. After a long chat with Two Sheepdog Man and throwing a ball like a kettlebell for them in the park, I finally set off about 10.15pm Fresh NW breeze, tide incoming but without much energy. Figure of 8: docks, baths, beach, baths beach & prom. 62 min. |

Messed up my interval plans, and it became 6+4 km. But in good speed so I guess it will do some good.
