Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Couple of miles up into, round and back down from Haworth including up and down the cobbled Main Street. Nice to see a few couples out celebrating Valentine’s Day 🌹

Just over 3 miles. Easy return after last week off. Had to go into the village to get dog chews and see father in law so literally ran a couple of errands

Looking at the forecast, challenging conditions are on the way, especially 'oop north.' :-o

20mph NW 'boost' and 'barrier' from the wind to & from the docks, on trails and beach. Marina lake bathed in moonlight below clear skies, and high tide nipping at my toes! ;)

1 hour.

About +3C in full rain gear: OMM longs, OMM Kamleika, gloves and overmitts, Sauconys with waterproof socks. Worse weather than cold clean snow on my holiday last week. 13.5 km streets sweeping up fp bugs.

Looking forward to it!!

Sunday afternoon was so tough I nearly turned round. Such was the force of the wind when I climbed one top, I started suffering from an intense and sudden headache. Though I've run in much worse conditions.

A bit sluggish. 5K screen break taking whilst the rain is off. Few more miles added without much else to report.

12.25 miles mainly along the Chesterfield canal but with a couple of diversions to change things. Enjoyed the run. All about miles in legs and time on feet at the moment
