Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Day 6 and day 7 Covid tests negative so I'm free again.

Easy 5K this morning to see how I was. Felt fine - was great to get moving.

After struggling through yesterdays recovery run, and doubting I would be able to manage a run today, I did my planned 15 miles quite comfortably.
What a difference a day makes

Nice Minimag, I know that feeling after a run. And the next day itโ€™s all good again :) nice running!

Today I had a good nights sleep, since weeks it seems, (covid residues?) and plenty of energy left for a late 10k trail run after work. Slow and easy, but still :)
This weekend it seems like we are getting a storm coming in from the UK, letโ€™s se how that's affects my running :)

Nice running everyone and good to hear people are recovering from COVID and getting back running.
Today was a extra run as I needed to get some bits from the village. A nice easy 2.75 miles done

Today was just short of 14 km again, -2ยฐ ET I believe. I have 50 km do do before the end of the month to complete virtual spine so no slacking. Early Feb I have a XC ski holiday, which might be somewhat colder, but there will still be runs, just shorter.
This is a view from near the end of my run, looking over the small town and the fjord, which is the border with Sweden.
