Grumpypants
Waited for an invitation which never came so went alone. Legs were pretty achy but did a steady jog.

Jono - I had calf sleeves on which has pretty much stopped cramp in lower legs and pushed it to my upper legs

Great runs everyone!
About the cramps, what has helped me is magnesium. But over time and not just during the race.
But I’m no where near your class.

A lovely 5k today.

Since my hard weekend with intervals and a threshold run, it seems like the body still wants more :)
Always a nice feeling.

6 mile club run this evening. Undulating but never too tough and led the pack back for a change.

Jono.
Ah right snoot, I only asked as I saw a runner suffer from cramps during the Equinox event, he was advised to remove them - went on to get his 100 miles in.
