Hello folkies
Who's drunk? Who's copping off with who? Who's passed out? And who's in need of a basin? Or is it too early in the evening for all that?

The first 5 miles were loverly, then went downill. Did 9 miles but the last 2 weren't nice, my knees were really sore. I lost my HRM belt somewhere , not LOST but slipped, tried to reposition it but didn't pick up signal after than well. Hard to judge effort after that, especially seeing as after the first few miles it was undulating. I'm hessitant to use the word hilly in Reading these days No idea of the time as didnt realize stop watch wasn'st set properly. Had husnands IPOD on and mistook the starting bleeps.
Set off with a knee that was slighly twisted, probably needed to slow down very slightly and I'd have finished off much better.

No Moschops, I'm not drunk (don't drink - just now).
Had a great run today. Longest so far - 10 miles. Fairly level for the first couple of miles then a steady (& fairly decent) climb of about 3 miles. A nice downhill stretch of about 1.5 miles followed by another (steeper) climb of about 1 mile before a lovely downhill. Then the pretty level raod back to home.
It was such a beautiful day today. Blue clouds & fluffy clouds & warm enough to get away with just the one layer. Ian Brown & Jethro Tull on the MP3 from about 6 miles.... bliss
