Blizzard
Very cold start but the sun was shining and soon warmed things up a bit. 13.1m weekend long run. Ran over the Chantry Bridge and dropped down to the side of the River Calder. Followed the river until it joined the Aire and Calder Navigation, then followed the canal to Stanley Ferry. Stayed on the canal footpath until half way then returned home by the same route. Very enjoyable.

Lovely route, Blizzard :) Never ran by canals much - don't know why...

8.30pm last night: cool, light breeze, a single bonfire in the dunes. To boating lake, banks of Marina, Freeport & R to beach, dow to radar tower, then alongside a rising tide to the channel light, beach prom, lakes & coastal park. Sounds further when I describe it!

Just on 50 mins.

Very swittle but very surreal 😱😱😱

97 marathons including 9 ultras is mind blowing 😳😳😳

Yes, cool, virtually calm, tide well out, light enough to run at 9pm! 55 min.
