5.6 miles which was a bit of a struggle. That and two other runners who didn't acknowledge my 'good morning' gesture. Pet hate that! Not walking as much since lockdown as a usually do about ten miles' walking during my weekly commute, so I was wondering if that had something to do with my rund seeming harder than usual. |

Cracking 10mi race. Yes proper race!! First time doing the 3 Village 10 and managed a new 10mi PB by over 2min!! Surprisingly warm out there.
