Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Longest ever running day - over 30 km. To my surprise. Nice run with a Fetchie.

a cracker, felt absolutely top, pace (for me) good, descending through forestry absolutely spot on. Saw a small herd of deer, a small group of touw-knees (what is the collective for chav) heading towards the local. A couple of patches of snow still on the ground. Forestry work has restarted with trees felled across tracks, but I went through without a problem. :-)

It was great ... 21 miles of which 16 were slow, 2 I tried to quicken up for and the last 3 I hit full marathon pace! Was worried it took so long to get into a rhythm but blame it on tired legs after yesterday's 9 miler :-)

Unusually short - 1.54 miles - wearing my padded bike kecks and most worn-out old shoes. Wouldn't have been done at all had my son not wanted a little jog to test his shiny new Inov8 Roclite 295s. They passed - and the boy showed me a very clean pair of heels!

Very drizzly but a good 15 miles along nice scenic country lanes at long run training pace :-)
