Great, for a change! 10 miles at PMP in glorious sunshine around the coast. Wore HRM but have no idea what it's telling me, any ideas folks? Going to watch the hardcores run up and down Snowdon now!! I feel their pain!

Steady 10 miles, longest run since South Downs. Surprisingly not as unenjoyable as I expected!

1st run since last weeks event and it was rather tough. I am not sure this weekends diet of real ale, chimichanga, and an Indian takeaway will have helped. 4.5 miles of discomfort.
