Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wild and windy. Club run was cut back due to the flooded roads and the wind. A nice 5 miles though.

Struggled. An hour on the dreadmill. Had to take a few walking breaks and covered less than 10k in 60 minuts (9.73) whereas I normally get to 10k after 56-58 minutes.

not too bad - bit hard running up hills into the wind mostly but good run nonetheless.

Not managed a proper run for months. Came back from Greece(40 deg) at the end of August and developed cracked feet and hands. Hands are extremely red and sensitive while my feet, especially the heels, have deep cracks in them. Their is one tiny patch of normal skin on the sole. Heels feel okay after a 5 miler with the dog in tow. Hoping!
