Vix,
There is no reason for you to be sorry at all; this is where we share our daily experiences. Well done!
SF,
Great stuff! Wish I could run that fast!

Made the mistake of trying the "cross country" program on the treadmill at the gym. 10 minutes and then I had to give up because my knees hurt and I was about to explode.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I felt very tired today and had to force my lazy a**e out the door, with the threat of if I didn't hurry up it would soon be dark. I felt quite sick after a couple of miles but carried on, I managed just over 6 miles at around 10.40 per mile. Going to rest tomorrow.

ll - know what you mean - I went out at just after 7pm and it was threatening to get dark rather quickly...I think it forced me to get my skates on!
I enjoyed my run tonight

DNR also, I arrived in Houston but luggage didn't - and with the strict hand baggage policy now I've only got the clothes I stand up in (they stand up by themselves!). So no run in prospect until BA get their act together.
