FR, thats why i picked my PT speciifcally because he is a very good Ultrarunner

Clear communication and honesty

As long as the comms are both ways ears and mouth being used by both parties and it is the truth being spoken then plan writing is easy.

Exactly. Last week i was full of cold and had tweak in back of thigh. Donny just changed the planned session to aleviate all that. And with all the stretching he did with my legs i was fine next day! :)
