How much do you spend in running shops (both in person and online) per year?

Probably about £200.

2-3 pairs of trainers and then maybe a pair of shorts or something a year.

Probably around £250. Trainers, socks, bras and clothing.

Rough guess:

Shoes - 5 pairs £250
Gear - £150
Gels etc £50
Expos - £100
Race Fees - £200
Massage - £500
Physio in 2011/12 - I hate to think.....

Total looks about £450 in running shops, mainly online
