Double Gloucester Dolcelatte Mature cheddar A very ripe camembert Wensleydale with apricots Halloumi Parmesan Goats cheese Feta Cheddar with ginger Stilton Double Gloucester with onion and chives Chilli Monterey Jack Blue Derbyshire Mozzarella Crumbly Cheshire Red Leicester Garlic and herb Philidelphia Plain Philadelphia Moreton (with damp mushroom rind) Ashcombe (layer of ash across the centre) Rollright (a soft Brie-like cheese) Leerdammer Boursin - I've not had this for years and really liked the firmer, slightly crumbly texture compared to Philadelphia 24 |

We added 3 more on Saturday and had a taste test lunch today From the top, clockwise: Rutland Red (very nicely flavoured cheddar) Beemster reserve gouda Colston Bassett Blue - a bit harsh Harlech - a hint of horseradish but not overpowering. Yum. Norfolk Dapple (30) |
