How do you account for walking?

FR, lack of energy. And I stiffen up really quickly: sit down in the car for the drive home, and I definitely need the 3-in-1 to get out again !

I log a walk if I set off to "go for a walk" as opposed to just walking somewhere. It's a form of exercise and thus loggable (made up word?) but that I show I treat it. A deliberate walk for exercise purposes regardless of how easy / hard I go. They all add up.
