How do I delete my garmin activities?

I have deleted all the history on my garmin but when I upload a run to Fetch, the column on the right over there *points to the right* says "188 activities on device". This isn't a problem in the great scheme of things but it bugs me. How can I get that column over there to be zeroed?

Fetch is not actually looking at your watch, but at a Garmin folder on your hard drive. See the section "Folders Where Things Are Kept" in this article http://www.fetcheveryone.com/article-view.php?id=407 |
