How do I import a run I have previously done that is on my training log onto my garmin as a course? I know I need to export it to The Garmin Training Centre and then send to my Garmin, but how do I convert a route from here into a format to do this? Can anyone help please? |

Whoop Whoop........done it, thank you Becca - I realise now where I was going wrong. I was viewing the route through "my training log" You have to save it as a route first..........doh
