Does anyone make their own household products? The worm hole that is Pinterest keeps showing me DIY cleaning products and things to reuse such as Sandwich bags Beeswax cloth Air freshener gels Air freshener infusers Liquid soap/cleaners Loo freshener etc I know I’ve heard of people making things like shampoo but wondered Who does this? Easy? Fun? Worth it? How well do they work or keep? Thanks lovely people |

You can disappear inside of there for half a day! I make lots of cleaning stuff usually using bicarbonate of soda, lemon juice and white vinegar. Everything else I just use washing up liquid on as do the National Trust.... If it's good enough for a stately home I reckon my 3 bedroom semi can manage too 😉 I am currently hooked on their tips to be "off the grid" and using a hay box to cook
