My OH does most of the cooking due to her working shorter hours than me and up until recently I was struggling a bit with overeating - can't let tasty food go to waste. I recently bought us a new dinner service and it has some pasta dishes that are smaller than our regular dinner plates. Suddenly portion control is loads better.
